Diversification and globalization are the keys to the future. Our world as we know of it is changing at a pace faster than ever before and so are the dynamics of modern business. The most powerful and enduring brands are built with a belief and a vision to mark a difference on the global podium. They are real and sustainable. Their foundations are stronger because they are built with the strength of the human spirit, not an ad campaign. To me, business isn’t about wearing suits, thinking profits or pleasing stockholders. It’s about being true to yourself, your ideas and focusing on the One Thing that’s essentials – Purpose. Purpose sets Priority and Priority determines the Productivity and Profit. That my approach towards the 4 Ps of Modern Business and sustainability.
I’m responsible for my company. I stand behind the results. I say if you can have two things right in your company — having a clear vision on where you need to reach and bringing in great minds to execute that vision you start Growing. I believe that’s how businesses grow. I think high standards are good, but let’s not anybody be confused, it’s about the purpose and I believe that’s what you have to do.
Attention is the new currency of our era. Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, Foursquare, Fitbit and the SenseCam give us a simple choice: participate or fade into a lonely obscurity. With hundreds of TV channels, billions of Web sites, podcasts, radio shows, music downloads and social networking, our attention is more fragmented than ever before. Those who insert themselves into as many channels as possible look set to capture the most value. They’ll be the richest, the most successful, the most connected, capable and influential among us.
Before you go let me reconnect once again by saying, when you innovate, you’ve got to be prepared for everyone telling you ‘you’re not a genius’. But as an entrepreneur you have to feel like you can jump off the cliff because you’re confident that you’ll catch an eagle flying by. Therefore, don’t compare yourself with anyone on this planet because the keyword is "TOGETHER".
